Pumpkin Spice Yogurt August 29 2011

I was recently flipping through an issue of Real Simple magazine and came across a quick recipe for spicing up a morning cup of yogurt.  Get it?  Pun intended!  I adapted the recipe just a bit with stuff we had on hand but wanted to share because it is just so quick and easy.  Thanks Real Simple! 
Ingredients:
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbs of organic canned pumpkin
a drizzle of agave
a sprinkle of cinnamon
Process:
Mix yogurt, pumpkin and agave until combined and sprinkle with cinnamon.  I only use a tiny bit of agave because that stuff is s-w-e-e-t but you can adjust to your liking.  You could also make your own pumpkin puree.  I didn't do that and a side note: had a ton left over.
