    Free shipping on US orders over $100 & free return shipping on US orders! 

     GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
    + All pieces of jewelry arrive prettily packaged in their own jewelry box with jewelry care card and tiny polish pad with storage baggie.  
    + Packages ship 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Orders of four or more typically ship in 5-7 days. There are rush shipping options available upon checkout that allow your order to ship the next day. I'm here to answer any questions about shipping timelines so please don't hesitate to contact me.
    + Orders are shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
    + You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is in on the way!  Please check your spam/junk filters to make sure emails from rebeccatollefsen.com make it to you.

    SHIPPING GIFTS TO SOMEONE SPECIAL?
    Birthday, anniversary or another special occasion? I'm happy to send gifts straight to a recipient. Just add in the gift recipient's name and address in the 'mail to' section during check out. Include a gift inscription in the 'notes to seller' box upon checkout and I'll include it on a note card free of charge.

    SHIPPING TO THE CONTINENTAL US - delivery times are from the date of shipment:

    - #1 REGULAR SHIPPING: ships in three business days and takes an estimated 5-7 business days to arrive from the date of shipment. This mail service includes delivery confirmation and is not insured. Please email to request insurance for the regular shipping option.
    - #2 RUSH SHIPPING - place your order by 5pm EST for next business day shipment. Estimated to arrive in 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. This mail service is not guaranteed and is not refunded if it takes longer than 2-3 business days. Includes tracking and insured. If you'd like your package to have a guaranteed delivery date please select Express Shipping.
    - #3 EXPRESS SHIPPING: - place your order by 5pm EST to ship the next business day. The order is guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 business days depending on your location by either 12pm or 3pm. Includes tracking and insured.

    - Express shipping can not be refunded in cases of severe weather and/or natural causes preventing delivery.
    - Packages do not include signature confirmation but this service can be added to your order upon request. Please email to request signature confirmation.
    - Packages will not be reimbursed when proof of delivery is confirmed by the shipping agent. Please contact the shipping agent in the event that your package is damaged during shipment.


    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - estimated delivery times are from the date of shipment:

    - Regular, Rush and Express shipping can not be refunded for international orders.
    - Packages have tracking or delivery confirmation based on the type of shipping you select at checkout.
    - Packages will not be reimbursed when proof of delivery is confirmed by the shipping agent. Please contact the shipping agent in the event that your package is damaged during shipment. 

    - Orders shipping internationally have estimated delivery times. Delivery times are not guaranteed as, at times, customs offices have delays in processing packages aside from standard postal delivery timelines. The customer is responsible for any/all duties and taxes incurred during shipment, which may be required by the courier to release the package.  These totals are levied by shipment location's government and are not affiliated or charged by rebeccatollefsen.com. Returned or refused packages will be refunded less any incurred shipment costs and/or unpaid taxes and duties.  Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty information and/or local tax estimates.

    RETURNS:

    Orders within the continental US include free returns!

    Items purchased online can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit within thirty days of the order date. Simply contact me for a return authorization number by clicking here.  Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and a return label (labels for US orders only).  The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back in original packaging and unused condition. The package must be received within 30 days of the order date to be eligible for return. PLEASE NOTE: custom orders that have custom dates, custom names/words, custom sayings/symbols or multiple custom lettering on one pendant are not eligible for a refund/exchange/store credit.

    I process returns/exchanges/store credits within five business days from the day I receive your package. All items must be returned in original, unused, unworn condition and received in original packaging. You'll receive an email notification once your return/exchange/store credit has been processed.

    Returns for International Orders

    Free returns are not available for international orders at this time. If you'd like to make a return, please follow the instructions above. Once you receive your return authorization number (RA#) via email please send your package back in original packaging in unused condition with a delivery confirmation number.

    CHANGING YOUR ORDER ONCE YOU RECEIVE IT:
    Please read all item descriptions carefully as information about the size of the initial charms, birthstones, lockets etc. and length of chains, etc. is included in every listing. Chain is measured from end to end including clasp and catch. If you receive your jewelry and would like to exchange it for a different chain length, locket size, etc. there will be a $9.75 craftsmanship/handling fee that includes shipping the items back to you.
